NAA and Rotary CLEAN UP for Civil Rights Day

Northern Arizona Academy and Silver Creek Rotary partnered to honor Civil Rights Day and the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through volunteerism.  Silver Creek Rotary and students and staff of Northern Arizona Academy celebrated “a day on” during the Civil Rights Day holiday by picking up litter for the Silver Creek Rotary’s adopted mile through the Arizona Department of Transportation’s Highway Clean up program.  Pictured above are NAA students Diego Varela, Cassie Smith, and Anthony Salazar.  More information about the Day of Service can be found at www.mlkday.gov.
